    APA's announcement today stated that its scheme was the FINAL offer. It doesn't sound like an invitation to cater to CKI's personal demands.

    (I hasten to add that CKI's demands might benefit ENV holders generally, but not for most of us long-term holders. Why? Because CKI mainly asked for more cash. Their argument for a higher price was limp, at best.)
