Hi pal.In my humble opinion and from the recent announcements, a washplant was only necessary to achieve a quality necessary for the generation of power. Obviously, that would depend on having a powerplant. As somebody commented today; you don't go out and get a dog lead if you ain't got a dog. And like you have rightly commented also,they wont be getting a dog. Not with Synohydro anyway. In my opinion that is. I don't want to appear deflammotory.
