Dilution will be very minimal here for the following reasons.
SPX have just done a very minimal raise, very conservative because they know that the share price will run very hard over coming weeks and months and then they will do a raise at very substantial prices.
Washington Gold mine is a very substantial assett. (Anthony Barton) has navigated KRC much higher with a quality assett the same as he is doing now with SPX (Washington Gold Mine).
The key here is very simple in my opinion.
Stay in now while SPX runs hard. There willl be a few dips in this run, but in my opinion it will follow KRC and run well beyond 10 cents to be closer to 20 cents. Washington Gold Mine would have a very substantial value given the facility, infrastructure and bonanza Gold grades.
The next few months will be a major game changer for SPX in my opinion, and those that ride this from these bottom levels will do very well as will Anthony Barton.
Loo at the history of this guy, He has the midas touch, and does not touch anything that does not rise significantly in the short term.
Anthony Barton has just recently bought very heavily on market, and is now positioned to take SPX to a new level.
