Given the relatively small value of the shares, creating a trust to hold them is ultimately going to be expensive and time consuming while not changing the cgt outcome. I am a great believer in simplicity so washing my profits while remaining within the tax free zone will satisfy my requirements without needing to feed lawyers and accountants.
