When details like this emerge, I hope everybody involved in the class action is prepared to loose (even more) money on legal action that will most likely (IMO) go nowhere.

Just goes to show, if it really was a circus, then why did it progress through to seven meetings, and up to April 2014.

There was obviously something of substance behind the deal, which is why GS and TQ were confident in the funding being there.

And just to point out the obvious, I am not saying the whole affair was executed that well either.
