Technically the breakout is defined as 5% above $1.70 i.e $1.78. Reaching a $1.75 is a great start....now needs to hold the line of support at $1.70 if it retraces. Foward PE of 10 on 2011 EPS of 22cps ....$2.20. If this is the start of a run it will get to $2 pretty quickly.
