We all know we have Twynam Agricultural / Kahlbetzer family recently taking a stake in WWI.... and increasing their holding since initial notice this year.
However.... one thing that slipped by me... is the holding of WWI shares by none other than...
Mr Warwick Grigor.
---
During the past 12 months, Mr Grigor's company, "Gregorach", has INCREASED its holding in WWI from
6.7 million shares back in 2012
to
7.8 million shares as of this annual report.
Smallish money yes... but this is yet another vote of confidence for WWI in my books.
A savvy business man (worth millions by his mid-thirties)... Mr Grigor's work history is summed up briefly on his "Canaccord" profile as follows...
Warwick Grigor - Executive Chairman, Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management Australia
Warwick is the Executive Chairman of Canaccord Australia. A founding partner and shareholder of BGF Equities with over 25 years’ experience in financial markets and stockbroking.
He manages the Sydney office of Canaccord Australia and is Research Director.
In 1991 Warwick established Far East Capital, a research-based investment bank specializing in emerging mining companies.
Warwick was senior gold County analyst at Natwest (Sydney) 1986–1991 where he was voted ‘Best Mining Analyst’ three years in a row by the Register of Australian Mining and was consistently rated among the sector’s best."

And of course... Mr Grigor is related in business to Mr Twiggy Forrest... working with "Twiggy" well before the FMG days.
Intrigues me.... in the fact Mr Grigor has chosen to increase his holding... in this little minnow... WWI.
Seems a fairly determined type given the "dust up" over at Havilah.
Bullish fro WWI? Methinks... "yes".
