The options listed in the most recent 3B do not include those intended for Far East Capital or the free attaching options to be issued under the Placement.

The current options listed on the 3B:
Listed; 49,398,551 MRFOA, Ex 20cents, due 17/10/16
Unlisted; 25,500,000 MRFAJ, Ex 10 cents, due 21/5/17
plus 12,ooo,000 MRFAL, Ex 10 cents, due 31/10/17

The new options (MRFAI) will total 28,500,000 with the same terms and timing as the MRFAJ.

So over the next two years, if all options are converted, the company will receive $16.2 million.
Good capital planning, and timely for expansion of production or processing.
