Thanks for the replies, all. The Dick Smith decision was not in the control of TSM, as you've said Gongboy. Dick Smith seems to have its own stuff happening right now.
What is interesting is the buying of Directors into the capital raising. Mr Monterello bought $1,576,420 shares @ 35c. He now holds at least 17% of the company.
The top 20 hold 78% of shares (prior to this raising). Institutions have been moving in and out of TSM, but all the big insto's hold large amounts. UBS holds >17%. I wonder if there'll be an MBO at some point.
