They spent a motza fighting cases that never got settled because they were a bunch of morons and obviously didn't understand the Law or how to do their job, even Legal Aid solicitors won't take on cases if they don't think they will win, the boss who allocates their funds to the case governs any stupidity and disallows them wasting too much time and tax payer resources.  With a No win, No fee model it's most important not to piss in the wind and to have Directors that know what they be doin.

You can't possibly think that WTG is responsible for the actions of the old SGH Board can you?  That $50 mil has been escrowed on a fake basis imo, but the law is the law so theres always some sort of long winded process to patiently go through before wrongs can be righted.
