If so Id have a look at the definitions of a company supporter and a ramper.

A ramper is one that pushes the stock in order to sell at a profit and SELLS INTO THEIR RAMPING of the company.If youve read ALL posts CAREFULLY you will notice that many here are/were supporteres of Aim and NOT rampers and have made considerable losses.

I sincerely hope you were not including these genuine supporters of this comapny under this ramping umbrella as its grossly unfair to the people that have shown faith in this company.There are some pretty astute minds that invested in Aim but imo they have been led astray,predominantly by previous management.

I just hope there is someone out there that has the facility to chase the previous MD legally and at least make him pay for his lack of disclosure and breach of trust of all that did show faith in his so-called judgement.

The fact of the matter is is that he did NOT disclose the fact that they were changing the financing package until well after he had decided to do so.It is proveable via the company annmnts.This should have been disclosed to holders AND the fact that there were much higher risks involved if this was the direction the company was to take.

If there is one person that should be brought to task for this it is Marc Flory.Im very tempted to call up ASX/ASIC and inform them of these issues as I have been one of those hurt financially too.
