On another note if you look at page 4 of the Independent Report you will see that it says
the Arrangement is NOT FAIR to shareholder as at the date of the report.

As mentioned in a previous post, the Shareholders Action Group's newsletter will be out in a few days and it will give your the facts from the the Independent Report,. . Then make up your mind.

Can someone help me out here? Is it legal to prefill a voting form? I have never experienced this in any other General Meeting notices?
