All the newspaper articles, and motely fool have got it all wrong. The existing shareholders in Hong Kong currently own 75% of the company. The father and son have like 400m shares between them. The ECG should have a market capitalisation of like 150-200m based on the asx share price. I think the existing shareholder are going to sell-down soon. I feel like its a ponzi.

Do some research and dont rely on Motely Fool.

Bought then sold after i did more research. Made small profit.
