To often is the Australian adage to sell something cheap as the short medium term prospects aren't good. But most times the buyers just sits on it any ways. Bad example but ozl now the Chinese own all those projects and they just sit on them. I worked for a bank and all the richest guys sat on assets for 5 10 yrs and all the guys in mass debt thinking they were cool bought and sold every day.
