If you read the start of the announcement by Dingyi, (the Company) refers to Dingyi.

Having said that, I predict a higher takeover price than 66 cents but not being able to obtain a JV partner, develop the asset and get full value is disappointing.

I've been here since 2006, I've seen the stock drop to 3 cents and nearly fold during the GFC and to give up such a magnificent project now is very sad for me.
