For all that has been said in the past and, any amount of desktop barristers on the thread, one cannot take away the level of perseverance that the directors have had throughout this whole affair.

Any lesser company would have had millions of reasons to walk away from this fight if it wasn't for the belief, that ultimately, the truth (in their opinion) would prevail.

If they win this next round it will be yet again, another feather in the hat with probably, only a couple more to claim before we can all move on with the result. I for one am optimistic that this will be a good result for the company, the new backers and, the long term supporter (read sufferers).

Bring on the decision!
