Interesting you bring this topic up. I am not sure where your friend got their information from. I do know though that both the US and Germany have increased defence spending of late. But considering both economies this could just be a way to stave off recession rather than actual militaristic intentions.

On a side note. Anyone want to guess how much lithium an electric tank would use? Would be an awesome tactical advantage to roll a huge tank around soundlessly though you would think. Night time attacks. Not that I wish for war.
