I suspected as much because of the LM JV. They're not into anything with cupcakes and unicorns, they're very simply into killing. Full stop. Northrop Grumman, who years ago lost out on their inferior tracking system are also in the "I'm going to kill you dead," business.
Now the Yanks are feeling "Not Yet Great Again" will without doubt increase their war budget. Both LM and NG probably have office space in the pentagon and military connections that would make a war mongering fascist weep.
I wonder what the Yanks think of Australia, ie. those few who can find it on a map? Could space become a space (pun intended) deemed "of national interest" thereby making EOS a serious security risk compelling LM to seal the mouse hole by buying out EOS?
OR, with dump trucks piled with $100 bills will there be a far speedier tech ramp up? Subsequently the subscription based, moated technology, business model will kick in.... Far down the track, with predictable revenues and no competition: Dividends!?
Either which way, Welcome to the Future.
