Can they sell it though for a meaningful price? May have to rights issue it to sholders or give them shares in it in a divestment.
Coles’ implosion has been beneficial to WOW and WOW’s SP but due to WES’s departure from Homebase Bunnings UK, both the WES and WOW SPs have both gone up.
Market shares would have been lost from Coles to WOW from what I can figure of the growth trends in like-for-like trends. Online shopping tho and other items ex groceries may have gone down asmost go to online offerings, Amazon, IGA/ MTS, Aldi.
Can they sell it though for a meaningful price? May have to...
