    So this article was printed on 7/10/09 in Italy stating:

    Granted by the Ministry permissions to the petroleum for research at off the coast between Bosa and Cabras PUMA.

    So when will KEY announce this to the market? Surely the granting of a permit is a price sensitive announcement and should have been announced to the ASX today.
