Seems odd that according to the articles permission is being given for non-invasive exploration and at the same time mentioning equipment build up.

You would think that after a 10 year wait you would first get permission and announce it to shareholders before planning any activity?

What build up are they talking about, or it eco-scaremongering?

I don't know if we will have enough dough for activity in Italy when the UK re-drill is coming up, but I have found a pile of dough here....
