Down to 3c (too low), rallied to 11c (4x) (too high) now stuck at 6-7c (until fundimentals change).

Let's apply this to PBG (totally different companies I know, but market sentiment similar):
Down to 14c (too low), rallied to 47c (4x) (too high), should settle 33-37c (until fundimentals change).
