I am having trouble understanding your point.
I am saying that I value PBG like this:
If all goes well and according to plan for them, they should be $1 - $1.50 in 18 - 24 months time.
But there is still the risk that their debt will criple them in short - medium term, and maybe even long term. So for this reason, I wouldn't want to pay more than 40c for the shares at moment given this downside risk. I think that, like always, the market has overshot this one for the moment.
