Hi ink benny also tried this stunt and was ordered to sell also ,maybe the other guys not fit to be a multi company director obviously doesnt know the rules ,as for mmx paying chm 25 mill as settlement ,it appears some are still dreaming ,as are those who think they will get anything from Philip he is to smart for that ,Grimaldi Monaco think about it ,cant get money if none ,the same guys that were directors of the original chm sold me my mmx share pre float ,ive made money from .58 to 5.50 . 2009 was great for me bought at .64 sold at 1.85 did that over and over all 2009 still hold substantial stock and will still make 500% at .25 cnts if they go that low my pre float buy price is on the records for a mill shares so mmx was a wise buy ,but not as wise as my decision not to buy chm .it is a shame MMX is bleeding .but what can us little stock holders do against self serving directors and hopeless management ,it will be a shame to see the japs and chine own a great australian assett ,I have a lot of friends who got burnt the first time chm went down ,hope it doesnt happen again cheers
