I agree. This play is largely subject to REE prices and resource upgrades. The sales agreement for 100% of pilot wasn't the best deal - offset cash for res and shares. The only eye-catcher to this deal is that they have GRAM on board but the question whether or not this will be beneficial for NTU remains.
I think Hallgarten & Co are good at what they do - attracting the big money. They didn't do too badly on the last three Australian companies they covered. Peak Resources (PEK) rose 75%, Alkane (ALK) rose 190% and Lithium Australia (LIT) rose 238% from initiated coverage date to highest close.
But I'm no crystal ball reader.. best I can do is throw down and few chips and hope for a good hand.
