Small cap - micro cap, not much difference in my portfolio view. When I look at the stocks held by CTN and others I cannot see a great deal of difference. I am sure there is a technical difference but I treat them the same in my LIC portfolio.
Do you know of any analysis of this? Perhaps I should treat them differently. I actually compare all my long stock LICS with the ASX300TR, which you can buy as an ETF.
