There is a clear pattern of dishonesty and/or gross incompetence that has been perpetuated over many years. In normal circumstances both Management and the Board would have been replaced long ago.
People seem to blame “Short Sellers” for the state of the Share Price. They are the symptom not the cause. As in virtually all cases the Share Price is determined by Confidence. Based on the track record of EWC Management and Directors over along period of time, coupled with the lack of honest and timely Communication, it is difficult to understand why the current Share Price is so high.
At the AGM on Thursday Shareholders have every right to and MUST DEMAND an Honest & Frank assessment of the Current Situation not some dishonest or misguided view of the future.
I would strongly encourage all Shareholders to attend the AGM and front our Management and Directors demanding absolute honestly.
