Dr Pinot, it is very clear that no one can rely anything Brian, Stewart or Graham say. It is also obvious why they do not say much. It is irrelevant whether  they are honest or not. They are simply wrong. Repeatedly wrong. There are assets in situ. There is a very strong argument for a change of management given the level of delusion.  SE power both as a shareholder and debt holder can be constrained by apointing a judicial manager or shareholder litigation to ring fence and negate related party influence  - esp as he is a director and has materially misled sharehorders (honest mistakes should not provide any defence if SE have no basis for the representations made). I note dave mair is on the register. I would support his appointment as he is a qualified operator.
