    There are now 10 Mil less shares (Assuming a buy back) on issue considering the CLR shares to be issued (Refer earlier posts) the share price is atleast Double the current value. (Very vunerable at these prices.)

    CLR's data room is open so if CLR is taken over we should see a capital return ECT.
