Stuart Petroleum is not going to be taken over.
The basic reason is a single individual - DB Clarke - owns 26% of the company, and he is very convinced that it is a very valuable company.
Either you change his mind (and from everything I've heard, think 'cantankerous old rich b*'), or you start with needing to get two thirds of the available 75% of the company.
