So, what kind of announcement do you think will give this a lift?

I reckon that might lift the price as it would clearly display the advancement of the company.
Maybe they are in negotiations with a telcom to provide coverage to vast areas that are currently lacking – like areas of South America or Africa. Perhaps an airline wanting coverage for customers or a shipping line. There are many possibilities. Maybe Apple or Google want a slice of action. Samsung (or the like) could also be interested if it wanted to be both mobile handset provider AND facilitator of calls & data.

Maybe that shareholders aren't going to be diluted as badly in the consol?
