maybe they wanted to get a bunch in view of possible consolidation of shares. Still don't agree with that. A weak excuse put forward that institutions are more likely to be interested if the number of shares was reduced. The interest of insitutions is usually related to company performance. If they want backing by instos they had better start performing for a change.
