Why for goodness sake do we need all those Directors when the company is in a state of hibernation.
How can they justify their worth by just sitting there apparently doing nothing.
Everyone of them have a string of letters after their names and 4 out of 5 have held these positions from before the year 2000.
They have jointly taken the company to near oblivion & I for one are extremely dissatisfied.
What we need is a few more workaholics & less academics running the company.
When are going to spend the $1 mill proceeds from the recent sale of the iron ore lease, before it all goes in Directors fees ?
Roll on the next AGM that has Directors up for re-election. I know where my votes are going unless things start to improve the SP.
