NGM stated, that the 10% stake, Deutsche Bank bought in the last days, is not a knewn strategy by Paladin or NGM.
So it is really strong possible, that DB wants another, a better offer...
The silly joke is, that Paladins offer says, that the shareholder will get 1 Paladin-share for 23.9 NGM-shares.
So they are worth 17c, right now.
