Honestly, the company should seek a buyer and sell now for above $1.20. At this point they have de-risked the project, and it is a very simple economic proposition about what their resource is and who the customer for that is. There would be buyers in the US who would like a footprint in Australia, assuming a local Australian firm does not want to pull the trigger.

They should put themselves on sale and then take two years to find the right buyer, all the while continuing to execute on their plan.
