As previously you can't, they don't exist, +85% sit behind the bamboo curtain, they already have excess separation capacity and clearly they are upgrading it, additionally CNRE adding 9600ktpa, plus integrating downstream.
ROW greenfields totally false economy with capacity to service +85% of mkt pre existing, you think the big money guys don't understand that?
