Baotou Steel bought up all CNRE concentrating assets and contracting feedstock @US$2.40kg, very much doubt Shenghe will pay much if any more for Mt Pass con, plus zero CapEx.
So why do you think ARU CapEx so off the scale @US$189kg NdPr? Even PEK touting US$133kg NdPr.
