I disagree entirely with the book you just wrote and you have missed the point again dont you understand this is a project the malaysian government has awarded soi There is no on selling to potential buyers it's done already !!! The government is paying for it so tell me how does market sentiment in the real estate space affect that ??? These sort of contracts are what the big boys like multiplex and huge market cap developers dream of !!! I wouldn't be surprised if we aren't looked at by some majors once more announcements come out with some hard and fast numbers of profit etc . I just hope to see you still on the sidelines when this eventually takes off , which I feel is very close.
