I was sitting watching the event saying out loud, "start ya bastard", as I was terrified the whole time of the wedding that at least one of those old pommie cars would crap itself on the day. lol

It is amazing however what effect such cars have on the public and officials.
A mate of mine, deceased now poor bugger, had a Bentley which he would trot out on occasion for a Sunday drive. One day he ended up in a short line of cars entering the University of Queensland.
There was some event on that he did not know about, and only the right people were allowed into the Uni. As the cars in front were turned around, he was surprised when the officials waved him straight through into the grounds without any checks.
It just shows the importance of a good first impression.

I love my old pommie car but it never fails to let me know who is the boss.
