Wednesday will be important in 'setting the scene' for next month's key hearing. Would be very helpful for rulings both in OBLs favour.

Then we could get some real dialogue happening with bhutos on likely 'real' options for OBL/BRU/OXX ... interesting there though is a) OXX share price drop recently, and b) likely drop in ASX top X00 for BRU. My view is the best ans easiest out ome is a simple buy out of OBL but with other key parties having their own challenges this might not be so 'simole' as I put it ......
