Funny enough, I was born in South Africa, mother was born in zimbabwe so I am also cautious of both coutries. I was fortunate to have left about 15 years ago but i have many cousins still there that are more optermistic about the future or South Africa than me...

Basically South Africa needs the money,employment, international investment so I hope that at some stage things will get better....Who knows it is Africa?

Good thing is Platinum is looking good long term IMO, investment is still going to follow the resource if they see a light at the end of the tunnel.....IF the political turmoil settles in South Africa and the workers get more qualified,settled,more productive there is a huge upside in the future IMO...

generally i stay away from mines in Africa BUT PLA just looks too good to resist IMO, especially at this price...time will tell


Directors were happy to buy more at 8 cents so they must be optermistic?
