Can't see it being a block for accumulation. More than likely it is the second largest shareholder, COL Capital looking to sell down its holding - it already sold 35mil to Allied Properties recently at 7c but they can't buy anymore in the next five months as they've already bought the 3% allowed under the creep provisions of the Takeovers Act.
It would be good to see TAM use $4mil of their cash to buy back shares but somehow doubt this will happen.
Potential takeover bidders(in my book) are: Allied Properties for cash(lowball bid), NST for cash or scrip(best bid for shareholders) or DRA for scrip(might be good if DRA lists on HK exchange).
