That 9 million single block sitting at 7c is $630,000 - now either someone is desperate to sell out (though why haven't they moved?) or it's a block for accumulation - but someone with that amount of shares would be using a broker if they were selling and that would mean bots and there is no way they would be showing their hand. This is to big a block and TAM don't have the daily turnover to munch it and there aren't enough buys to absorb it either so the only logical conclusion I can come to is its a block thats meant to be noticed.
