My feeling its in a little worse postion than others.
Looking at their foward commitment to new sites..... things dont look to hot.
Half staff laid off.... Project in Surfers..... one up central Coast and 2 in Sydney...... also commercially they are stuffed.
Alot of money invested in vacant land.
Wait for MGR to turn..... then havea go
