    OEX seem to be following a similar path to Sino,SEH.
    India not too dissimilar to China in long term goals
    and training of local petro-industry.
    The report not just for shareholders but
    potential partners with the proof of concept.
    12m on AIM and 4p atm.
    Equivalent to about 7.5c
    Good reaction to announcement.
    Resource update should get an even
    better reaction imo
