    Cudeoc,Ive been doing a bit of research,while the case Ive found,relates to mining,one would think it would apply to oil & gas tenements as well.

    No doubt there are other precedents that will be offered in supporting evidence.
    While its not a foregone conclusion,IMHO there should be a high level of expectancy that OBL will become the full permit holder.
