Normally a share purchase plan has a page dedicated to explaining what positive event the extra capital will be used for. For example it might be to bring a company into production or similar. The upside is imminent for holders. This document has no reference to what the funds will be used for. I am not going to repeat the obvious. We all know what the funds will be used for.

Also any struggling company that needs to raise funds usually has a plan to artificially inflate the stock price to make the spplan offer look attractive. Management have not done this yet. They either cannot or will not do it.

This spplan offer date will have to be extended in my opinion. The first offer document is not near good enough. Management will have to do a lot better than just talking about their belief in the imminent upside and the presently very exciting time for the company in the supplementary document if they expect to draw funds from shareholders.

If management can demonstrate in the supplementary document that it is advantageous for holders to participate I might change my mind.
