Stocks can exist quite well with a majority holder and a few minorities.
Look at SMM Summit Resources.
Paladin hold 82.08%
Interuranium Australia Pty Ltd hold 10.04%
Revelation Special Situations Fund Ltd hold 5.10%
I guess the other 2.78% is held by directors or private shareholders :)
Summit is still listed on the ASX !
