i am impressed that they make reference (often) that other parties (being Fox and TAB and now the user) are impressed with the service.
There is never any sign of 'haste' in email discussion i have with Ben. TTV have never speculated on a timeframe and were conservative with the turnover estimates, which they have met easily.
