    Here is the chart. Recent buying at 10c and 10.5c is a sentiment swing.

    Question is .... can KEY management capitalize on emerging positive momentum, or will they simply announce a discounted placement again!

    Directors of spec companies have to sell their businesses to the public. How else will they successfully be able to capitalize? When last did Ken say how much he thought KEY was worth?
